Time to show off this emerging beauty, which will be ready for a very lucky homeowner in just a few short weeks. I’m really excited about this one—this East Atlanta neighborhood is up-and-coming, close to I-20, Drew Charter, Eastlake and Oakhurst.
Jeff completely renovated it from top to bottom and incorporated that mid-century modern look that we’re loving so much these days.
Pennington Place is a peaceful, quiet street with a flurry of activity happening in terms of sales and renovations.
