Molly was a lifesaver. I was purchasing a newly constructed townhouse and didn't realize how much there was to negotiate and deal with. She handled so many things with the builder that saved me time, energy, and frustration. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She gives great advice and is very responsive. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but for Molly, it’s worth sharing her work with the Zillow world. Molly helped me from start to finish with buying my first home. She walked me through the process and was responsive and patient with my many questions. She helped negotiate and represented my interests well, even when we had a slight differing of opinion. Would I work with her again? Absolutely.

In a very complicated period in our lives Molly made selling and buying of our places seem easy. She's honest, smart, tough, savvy, funny, ahead of the game and someone you want to be on your side when you're buying and/or selling.
