Virginia Highland is laden with community-focused, culturally rich activities. This year, the neighborhood will celebrate its inaugural Porchfest and Rock N Run, a spread-out event that will take place over five tree-lined streets in the historic Virginia Highland Neighborhood.
 
Summerfest is one of Virginia Highland’s most significant crowd-pleasing events. Each summer, there’s a 5k road race, musical guests, local artisans, and tons of outdoor activities. This family-friendly event supports the community. For the past 25 years, Virginia Highland has also hosted a Tour of Homes where guests can visit all of the historic, beautiful homes this town has to offer.
 
On a more regular basis, you can visit the John Howell Memorial Park—take in the landscape while the kids play on the playground.
